MacKenzie and Associated is pleased to team with Jaenene Maldonado owner of JR Consulting.  JR was founded in 1996 by Jaenene who has over 20 years’ experience in the Human Resource and Consulting industry.  She achieved her PHR designation from the Society of Human Resources in 1997.

MacKenzie and Associates and Jaenene recognize that business owners wear many hats and this causes many challenges in keeping up with the ever-changing employment laws that can affect their daily practices.  Additionally we recognize that this is an area that if not managed well can affect many areas in the business and also drive up costs not the least of which are insurance costs.
